I ordered some shoes on November 28th, listed as in stock with a delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 days. After a week without updates, I reached out via social media but got no response. I waited another week and emailed them. On December 15th, I finally received a response saying the items were being restocked, even though they were listed as available at the time of my order, and they would be shipped by December 18th. Now it's December 18th, and I still have no delivery information or the shoes I ordered.

I had concerns after seeing comments on social media but decided to support a specific business. That was a mistake. Their website indicated UK shipping would take 4–5 days, yet it's been 22 days with no tracking information. The status still shows “preparing your order.” When I contacted them and provided my order details, I was told the tracking was incorrect and asked for my information again. I've been ignored for over a week. After emailing, I was told to contact the courier with tracking information that I was never given. Being asked to chase a non-existent courier is unacceptable. After several attempts for a response, I warned them about a chargeback if the issue wasn't resolved. With no meaningful reply, I had to proceed with it. Other reviews suggest this is a common issue. If they can't handle orders or customer service, they should stop taking new orders. This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. They actively promote sales on social media but ignore customer inquiries. I requested a refund multiple times and was asked to confirm my request. Despite confirming, I had to initiate a chargeback. They claimed a refund would be issued but I've received nothing. Their only responses are public on social media, not privately where issues could actually be resolved.
I placed an order and waited several days, only to receive notifications about stock allocation and then preparation for dispatch. Eventually, I got an email stating my order was cancelled and refunded, with no explanation or apology. This close to the holiday season reflects very poorly on their service. When I inquired, they blamed a logistics company, which I find hard to believe, and still no apology was offered. It’s disappointing to let customers down when they ordered in good time.
I placed three orders and have not received any of them. The first order was made a month and a half ago. I've tried reaching out through the contact form, customer service chat, and email multiple times, but I've received no response or updates on my orders. This is ridiculous. Where are my orders? I want a refund immediately. EDITED after their reply: I've already contacted you via the email you provided, along with Instagram, WhatsApp, and your website chat. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ANSWERS.
I just bought my new favorite pair of sneakers from this store. The delivery was really quick, and the tracking was good. You could tell there was attention to detail when opening the package. Everything was recyclable or made from recycled materials, as far as I could tell. Keep up the great work!
I bought a pair of shoes and only wore them for one day during my commute. Despite this minimal use, they were so uncomfortable that I can't wear them anymore. I experienced foot pain for three days, which has never happened to me before! Given the high price and the discomfort caused, I can't wear these shoes again. I suspect a manufacturing defect, but I haven't received any response from the brand addressing this issue.
