Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I would give it negative if allowed. First of all, the clothes I received were completely different from those shown on the website. The material descriptions were also incorrect. Additionally, five out of the twelve items were missing, and I only found out after I inquired. They assured me a refund, but after numerous emails and four months, I still haven't received it. Moreover, I wanted to return five items, but they kept trying to persuade me to accept a discount instead. After I declined, they provided a fake return address in New York. I was worried about losing both the clothes and my money if I sent them back. So, I reluctantly accepted the discount. After countless emails and four months of waiting, I still haven't seen the refund for those either. This service is truly untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs!

Very disappointing experience with my order

Extremely unsatisfactory, I ordered a dress that took three weeks to arrive. I requested a large size despite being a size 10, anticipating a smaller fit, but it doesn't fit at all. The color is completely different from what I expected, and the quality is terrible. I recommend avoiding this platform.

WALK AWAY NOW!!

WALK AWAY NOW!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND OF $709.66 FOR 6 MONTHS!!! I followed every step they required and they are saying that it was never received. But, the Post Office records indicate it arrived and was picked up! All I'm getting is automated emails that keep asking for the same information, which I have provided MULTIPLE times. There is NO customer service phone number to speak with a real person. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Do not order from this company ! I recently purchased 3 dresses from this company. On receiving the items, the quality was poor and the dresses were different to what was advertised. I emailed asked for a full refund, at first, I was offered 30%, 50% then 70% and today 80% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund. In order for me to return the items I have to return at my own cost to America. This is not stated in the returns policy that returns are international Consignee: UGDPBZ 01R 865 Newark AveElizabeth NJ 07208Tel:917-224-5107 I have contacted the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline and have been referred to trading standards. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. I wish I found people feedback before I ordered !

I’ve chatted online with people associated with this company and I have to join a club to be able to. get my refund I do not want to join this company.
