The refurbished MacBookPro seems great. It was well packed and in-spite of an in transit bump the box was not damaged and laptop untouched.It looks unblemished and came with battery charged so I was able to get right down to getting it up and running.So far so good.
It was my first time buying from your company.The MacBook arrived on time, but it had a power and battery fault, so I had to return it. I was disappointed, as it was meant to be a Christmas present. However, your customer service representative, Charles, was excellent.
I was given a reasonable price for my MacBook, they promptly sent out packaging to send it safely in, DPD delivered quickly (given to parcel shop on Friday morning, with MacFinder by Monday morning) and by the early Monday evening the money was in my bank. Brilliant service!
These guys are amazing! Fast and flexible response to queries ahead of purchase, rapid shipping & delivery, and then a "cheerful, no problem" full refund when I had to return the product (NOT due to an issue with what they supplied). I would go back to them like a shot for any refurbished Apple equipment I might need.
