I discovered the MacBook pro I bought a month previously wasn't holding a charge overnight, so I contacted MacFinder’s support department. They were amazing, quick to respond a offer a solution. I opted to take an exchange and upgraded to a newer model which arrived yesterday. Thank you so much for sorting this si quickly and without any drama.
My first experience with MacFinder and I can say that it has been very pleasant. The package arrived pretty swiftly after ordering, I think it was 4 days after ordering.. not sure on the customer service as thankfully I haven’t had to go through them because of the great quality refurb that I bought. If I ever need more Apple products I’ll certainly go to them first!
Twice their courier failed to pick up the item from my address. I contacted them and offered to pay for the collection myself. They sent me a prepaid label and I took the item to my local post office.Within 3 hrs of MacFinder receiving the item the payment was in my bank account. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Prompt payment.
