Disappointed with the decline in quality and support

As a long-time user of a certain service and product, I am truly shocked at how poor their offerings have become and how far their support has fallen... This company has several products, yet none seem to function as promised. When new features are launched, you can hardly expect them to work correctly. Contacting support turns into a frustrating experience, whether it’s through their AI assistant or representatives who are even less useful. The support team often appears unaware of the latest updates to their software, and if you remind them of advertised features, they tend to dismiss your concerns. If you manage to reach someone who acknowledges that there might be a legitimate support issue, they will likely instruct you to use their so-called "Support Tool". This tool collects "logs" but ends up gathering personal files from your desktop and documents folder, compressing them, and asking you to send them to the company. This feels alarmingly close to malware, and I now understand why many people are wary of this service. Unfortunately, it seems this company has lost its integrity and is focused on pushing out subpar AI products to justify increasing subscription fees. The reality is: very few are willing to pay for a subscription to a service that continues to remove features from its offerings.

I clearly remember canceling my plan after the trial, yet I was still billed. I emailed them right away, expecting a quick reply and refund. Instead, I had to wait 10 days for a generic response. Now, I am constantly following up for my refund, wasting my time. They seem to be quite indifferent.
