I can't believe I fell for this scam. I always check reviews, but this time I didn't, and now my money is gone without receiving the goods! Looking at the other reviews, I would never have purchased from this service. If you're considering it, please don't! Two little girls are now without their Christmas presents.
I placed an order over a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The service has no idea when it will be delivered and has repeatedly lied about the order status. They have failed to resolve the issue, avoid answering questions directly, and provide misleading responses. Their behavior shows a total disregard for consumer rights and basic customer service. This is a dreadful service; do not buy anything from them—save yourself the trouble.
I am still waiting for an order after 20 days, yet they claim it's 'on its way to the courier.' It hasn't even been handed over to the delivery service. Their responses are generic and repetitive. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, which is now worthless. They say they can't cancel it because it's in process, but by their own admission, it isn't! I will have to deal with their poor return policy now. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering a Christmas present for my grandson. Still waiting and no expectations that this will be received now after over a month. Would say this is definitely a scam company. Will retract review if this gift is ever received.
Over a month and I still haven’t received my order. Trying to contact made Gents and getting no reply. The company should NOT be allowed to trade in the uk or anywhere else in the world. Complete con artist and despicable traders. I am sickened by this kind of commerce. Do not buy from these people because they do not deserve your hard earned money. Legislation needs to be passed in parliament to eradicate this kind of scum traders.
