Unacceptable delivery handling and lack of accountability. I ordered a product expecting a secure delivery, but the courier left my package outside without permission, leading to damage. Despite my requests for proof of consent, the company could not provide any. I was never informed about the courier or given a tracking number. I did not approve of an unattended delivery, yet the company shifted blame to the courier and asked me to follow up. According to EU consumer law, the seller is responsible until the goods are in the customer's possession. The company ignored their obligations and left me with a damaged item. I recommend avoiding this service if you value good customer support. A responsible business should take ownership of delivery issues rather than blaming others. I plan to escalate this matter with the appropriate authorities. Initially problematic, but the issue was resolved with a replacement after discussion. Product quality was excellent.
