I had canceled this service but they continue to take funds from my account! AVOID! At all costs! When I initially signed up they never sent me a confirmation email I have paid for three months and has no use of this service and have no idea how to claim my funds back!
I came in skeptical because there are plenty of model aggregators out there, so I didn’t expect much. After a year, there are features I genuinely can’t work without.The prompt improver alone has changed how I write prompts. The personas feature keeps my output dialed in. But the biggest win is the saved prompts repository. I have no idea how many hours I’ve recovered by not digging through other tools or hunting down something I copy-pasted three weeks ago. Everything I use regularly lives in one place now. Magai has solved several real problems for me.
I've been using Magai for about a year now and I really like the product. I find it very helpful to know how "credit-hungry" each AI model is, so you can use that information to choose which one to use for different tasks - e.g. don't pick a really powerful LLM that's going to chew quickly through your credits if you only want to do some basic brainstorming or text generation. It's also great that the founder is so transparent about the business and frequently engages directly with the users through the Facebook user group. This is definitely not some faceless corporate!
dont waste your time on this product. i pay 20 a month for lovable and have a tons of credits, i used up the 20 dollars in one day! and nothing was right ! i know i used chat gpt 4.5. and i use it everyday and was going to buy a sub from them but tried this , big mistake
Magai Support is not ready for Prime time and because its using AI (over 50) I'm not sure this company will ever be. So I signed up to test their system on managing my Chats with all my pro AI services which includes Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, the reason I wanted to try them was they had an import feature that allowed you to import chats from ChatGPT and Claude which is where most of my important chats and projects reside. The first day I tried to use the service I could not find the feature so I went back to the page that I saw this being advertised on which is their features page on Magai (it's down the page just a little ways) and it explains that you can import your chats in Json format for ChatGPT and Claude with instruction on how to use it. At that point I started importing over 70 chats with Claude but there was a problem because there's a 200,000 word maximum chat import and some of my files were being truncated and coming out blank so I decided to use an app that cuts off each conversation at the max in Json to limit each chat to under 200,000 words. Then other issues started popping up which I believe was the formatting so I ask AI support on Magai for the proper format to use. The Ai Support said the following:The import option in chats isn't for importing conversation history - it's specifically for bulk prompt management using CSV files. You can upload a CSV containing multiple saved prompts and import your entire collection at once.For actual chat content, you can upload files directly into conversations using the attachment button (paperclip icon). So I asked to speak to a live support person: Here is what she said 2 hours later: Hello there,Thank you for reaching out with your question about importing chat history.I understand you're interested in importing Claude chat history using a conversations.json file. Currently, Magai's platform supports importing and managing prompts through CSV files, which allows you to bulk upload multiple saved prompts for efficient management.Unfortunately, importing conversation history directly from Claude or other AI platforms via a JSON file is not supported at this time. So I posted the issue on the private facebook page but each time it was denied because I had agreed to no use the facebook group for CS questions (which everyone does). I'm not sure if they were hiding the issue. So The service looked ok but their support, well it wasn't there.
I paid €20 for a one-month Magai AI subscription, expecting it to last for my academic needs. However, the 100,000-word limit ran out in just 4 days! I only used it to solve some university assignments and write a 5-page article. For students like me who rely on tools like ChatGPT for regular tasks, this subscription is a complete waste of money. It burns through the word limit way too fast—3 or 4 days max. Even for light users, it’s not worth it since free AI tools offer similar features. I deeply regret this purchase and feel like I threw my money away, especially after researching it beforehand. Save your cash and skip this one.

I created an account but was disappointed and confused by the user interface. As indicated for such cases, I could write a email to cancel my subscription. But I didn't get a response. I also chatted with the bot, not answer, nor a person. I tried to cancel my subscription in the team settings page, but also there the "Cancel Plan" doesn't work on no browser. People are not answering.
Magai.co does a great job keeping my AI projects organized above everything else it can do I appreciate that the most I hated flipping through 20-30 projects trying to find the right one that has the prompt I was needing. Now I have separate workspaces, personas, and prompts and can grab what I need when I need it.
