Review Time
Firstly, I didn’t have any issue with a minor delay on the initial delivery date – it was a week later, I really don’t know what people are jumping up and down about with super delayed deliveries! Plan ahead, a week later was neither here nor there to me. The quality was absolutely beautiful for all 3 garments that I bought, the packaging was gorgeous and a really lovely shopping experience overall. The customer service via chat [Australia] was outstanding when I had to follow up something not showing in my account, very responsive, ie 1 minute, and lovely lovely customer service rep, fixed in no time! My only issue so far is the sizing – I’m a genuine XS, and these were on the whole, not. One garment, the short sleeve turtleneck was true to size, an actual XS; the other two [the 3/4 sleeve wide v-neck and the oversized cowl neck] were definitely not and will require tailoring to not appear crazily misshapen in wearing, which I shouldn’t have to do and annoying that I have to have someone tamper with the beautiful finishing on these two garment just to have them fit me – XS ‘loose’ or ‘oversize’ is supposed to mean loose-fitting for a XS size, not insanely large for any size!!! I do not wash cashmere in a washing machine and have no intention of washing any of these garments in a washing machine, so cannot comment on whether this results in pilling or whatever. So I finish on my delight with the beautiful quality and experience, will definitely be repurchasing 😊
I wash all my cashmere in a very cool, very low spin wash using a gentle washing product and dry outdoors. Always works perfectly. Washed my Maison Cashmere jumper in the same way for 1st wash and it is no longer wearable. Completely altered the structure of sweater. It cost €147.00 and they are offering me €15.00 compensation!!
Ordered on 9th March and expected to wait about 6 weeks for my jumper to arrive (as per reviews) however my order arrived today (17th) which was as per their timeline.The jumper is worth every penny, it's stunningly soft, light and incredibly warm. I will be ordering more
I had a great experience with this company. My sweaters are beautiful, high quality and very decent price for cashmere. Their website says right upfront they take a while to ship and they are in Italy. It took, it was little longer than a US company, but I went into it knowing this and it was worth the wait as these are very beautiful sweaters much higher quality than many other places that sell cashmere that I got for a good price and I opted for the lowest shipping fee. I would order again.
I was wary of ordering from here due to reviews around shipping delays, but I was prepared to be patient and I'm very glad that I was.There was a delay in shipping, but they emailed me to let me know and it arrived a couple of weeks later.It is a beautiful item, well packaged, tracked shipment and good quality.
Good value for money, but I had to cancel my order as it was unlikely to arrive in time. There was no fuss, It was credited back to me. I think they are an honest company, with a very small output capability . They do say on the website that dates cannot be guaranteed . I would use them again, but leave a much bigger time margin.
I received my jumper after 6 weeks. It is really beautiful and the size fits very well. It would be more honest for Maison Cashmere to say that they deliver the items after a much longer period of time than 6-8 days. I did not believe that I will receive my jumper anymore.
