What an awful company to try and…

What an awful company to try and communicate with. I bought via klarna a cashmere wrap. It was too thin so decided to return it. They charge £7.00 for a return via DHL the return code didn’t work !!! Went to another DHL drop off return code didn’t work there. Rang MaisonCashmere who said go home and get the order number. Went to a 3rd drop off point who tried 4 times to get the bar code to work which it finally did. Klarna still awaiting the return to be verified by maisonette cashmere so I can get a refund.NEVER AGAIN am I buying from this company

While placing my order online I…

While placing my order online I received a ‘declined’ notification, yet when I checked my account the funds were charged. I received an email from them the next day explaining ‘technical difficulties’ occurred and they would return the money, which they did, but not before my bank flagged transaction as fraudulent, causing my card to be locked until a new card can be sent in 1-2 business days (this on a Friday, leaving me without access to my funds over the weekend until Tuesday /12December/. What a headache! Will not order ANYTHING from this company, ever!

Bad service after recieving a faulty item . I wish i had read the already bad reviews about this company before i made a purchase . I recieved a pair of jogging bottoms that had no elastic in the waist . I informed the company by email. It’s such a hasell to send things back that i went down the road to a tailor and had to pay £18 to get elastic in the waist . Even though I provided a receipt and proof they will not pay for it . It’s just £18 . But there is no way they will honour this . I probably wouldn’t of written this review if they had been more amenable. Avoid this company. In response to your reply, i had issues with a faulty item . I was asking you for just £18 to cover the cost of the fault. This it’s not in any way a fortune. I sent you details of the repair and you know what just out of wanting to keep a customer and of goodwill More importantly,.. please do yourselves a favour and take notice of all the poor reviews that you are getting.No one believes the reviews on your website . They are made up as you have a control over that . This is where people look !! 👀 .There is obviously something wrong at a fundamental level that needs addressing. Mistakes are made we all know that, but it’s the way, a company addresses those mistakes that stands them out from the crowd . A gesture of goodwill goes along way. Especially when you can see, I’m not making the situation up which would be exceptionally weird for the money. I’m asking in conversation.

Absolutely ghastly

Absolutely ghastly, non-existent customer service! When called several times at midday on a Tuesday, the recorded messages were:A) to call back during business hours B) the number is no longer connected.It’s been weeks since the purchase with only one email the other day to say they’re now experiencing delays. Like many others, these purchases were made well in advance with the expressed intention of taking them abroad. Given the reviews, I will not be recommending them to others whatsoever & unless there’s swift communication & action from them, I’m inclined to cancel my order & demand a full refund. Incredibly disappointing.

I love the products Ive received from this seller. It has taken some time to get to my house but I thought it was worth the wait. I bought initially 4 garments and a bit later another 2. I live in a cold winter climate and without a doubt, as promised by the company, I was kept beautifully warm. And may I say that I felt and feel a real sense of luxury. Soft and simply delicious. My last purchase from MaisonCashmere was a gorgeous spring jumper of a luscious colour, deep pink. It is light and very flattering and perfect for coolish spring weather or late summer nights. With every garment they send a small amount of the same wool in case it needs mending at some stage. I feel beautiful and nurtured in these garments. ❤

This was the second time I ordered from Maison Cashmere and I am sure not the last one. Their items are beautifully made and I do like their philosophy. Yes, delivery time is longer than for many stores, BUT, if I understand correctly, they make the item when they receive the order. This is approach that I actually really like, as hopefully it leads to reduced waste overall (I’m not an expert, though). Additionally, the cardigan came in a ziplock bag, that means I can keep it protected from moths. My experience overall is very pleasant and I cannot wait to wear my cardigan.

They say to judge a company by their customer service experience. I have read the reviews and also read the don’t care response from your customer service department. I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered a poncho for my holiday and looks like it will not be here on time so you have another unhappy customer before I have even got product which I am dreading now 😡

Deserves zero stars!Read the reviews before shopping from here. Very poor quality cashmere that they pass as a “premium product”. It pills within hours of wear. They refuse to refund you in full, even when I provided them with photographic evidence of the pilling. They tell you they won’t give you your money back because you have worn the item (yes of course, how else do you know it’s poor quality!) They accuse you of washing or handling it improperly (never even had it long enough to warrant a wash! Don’t know how you handle cashmere improperly when you wear it for a few hours & live in a household with a dog. It’s not like my pet jumped up on me and was with me for hours or rolled in it or used it as a blanket!) Quality cashmere doesn’t pill after 3 hours of wear…See the attached photo of the pilling on my profile picture. A dishonest experience with ghastly products! Read all the negative reviews on this forum, and purchase elsewhere where you will actually get what you paid for!
