Short delay but amazing jumper

There was one short delay but I did not mind knowing that it is not a mass production company. The only thing that could be improved is giving a clearer plan. But I received a jumper and am very happy about it. Feels and looks really good@

I bought two expensive cardigan…

I bought two expensive cardigan sweaters that pilled so badly in a short period of time that they didn’t even look like cashmere, just some low-quality fuzz. They cost $227 each. So disappointing!

Misleading online shop

I bought a jumper online expecting it to be shipped within 7 days as per the shop’s instructions. One month later I still have not received anything and had to reach out to the customer service multiple times to have a follow up.The online store is misleading as nowhere indicated that items are made to order and very poor customer service.I would not recommend ordering from them.

NOT RECEIVED Initially I had immediate response from customer service, as time has passed i continually have to ask WHERE IS MY ORDER? I have been patient but if you can’t supply as stated then at least be honest about it. I have ordered from you before with no problems. It seems now that your standards have slipped. I requested you return my money if you cannot complete my order, no response ! Patricia Clarke order No IT29061-23,.Update! Received email now to assure me one order is completed , the other around Feb 20th. I’m hopeful as their products are well made. I’ve added another Star, will update when I receive my order!Received my order , beautiful items as were other items I have had previously. As long as people are kept up to date regarding orders then they are worth waiting for .

Buyer beware! Maison Cashmere is a scam!

I ordered a men's cashmere sweater on 12/25 with a promise of arrival by 1/6/23 - NO sweater, NO response - only a charge to my credit card and a "auto generated" email saying there are "delays".... SCAM website!

I ordered a cashmere sweater for my husband for Christmas . It did arrive eventually and before Christmas but the cashmere is not very soft compared to other cashmere sweaters I have bought him over the years . Not very impressed with this company so sadly I will not be ordering from them again .

Communication is Lacking

16/2/23 I finally received my two garments I ordered. They did apologise; however, I think they need to re look at their communication with customers, the delay has people get worried as I did.The sizes were well done, material a little on the thin side from my last cashmere jumper, with a different brand.I have left my original review below: SCAM!!!I have paid over $400 aud for two tops and was told they would arrive between the 27th to the 30th December 2022.I received an email on the 31st December saying to be patient as they have some issues and I willBe notified in the next coupleOf days when it has been shipped.9/01/2023 and NOTHING! NO response to two emails sent and NO products!This site is a SCAM!!!Please read reviews and don’t give them anymore money!!!

No customer service

I ordered a V-neck jumper on 8 January and received an automated notification that my order would be shipped within 6-7 days. When I emailed yesterday to say it had been 10 days, and requesting an update on my order, I received no reply. I have no idea if or when I will receive my order but the previous reviews do not fill me with confidence. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying.

Recommended, but with caveats

I ordered two scarves and a hat before reading the reviews on this site. Then I read these reviews and felt immediately concerned and on alert. I will say the experience was a little rocky but ultimately turned out just fine. It definitely takes longer to get the order than I think most people are used to anymore. There was a production delay and they also were unable to ship one of the items. However, I was informed of both situations and then subsequently always got a reply to follow up inquiries or requests for updates. I only used email to communicate with them. The communication was a little vague at times but when I asked for clarification I always got it. The product that couldn't be fulfilled was a hat; they informed me via email that they would send a substitute of their choosing, and when I objected, I got a prompt refund and also the substitute hat. The quality of the products (two scarves and a hat) is good, though these products don't get stressed like a sweater. And the hat is surprisingly small, which doesn't have anything to do with Euro sizes vs US sizes.All in all, I would recommend the company for non-fitted items like scarves and shawls, though I can't personally speak to any of the more complicated products, and only if you're not in a rush to get the item(s).
