Review Time
I ordered my sweater two days ago and gave my color and size. When I received the confirmation it was the wrong size and color. I tried immediately to stop the order and notified the bank. But they had already taken the money. i really don't think this company is legit. I wish I had reqd the reviews first.
I recently purchased a cashmere hoodie and was nervous because of reviews. My experience was amazing, so I felt compelled to write a review. First off the European sizing is more accurate, but smaller than the vanity sizing we see in the USA. The actual garment measurements are listed in the product area, and I measured in inches, the size of my favorite sweater to ensure the size medium I ordered would be comparable. Im usually a small, but sized up. My email questions to them were responded to in one day. My garment was made within the 6-8 day timeframe (even though this is the holiday season) and it was shipped FedEx priority. I can’t believe it was shipped from Italy on Thursday and I received it here in Virginia the following Tuesday!! The quality of the cashmere is excellent and the garment is made beautifully. I will be shopping with them again!
I ordered a cashmere sweater online from this company and it was better than expected. Firstly you must remember european sizing is more exact so you need to measure to ensure you order the correct size. ie: I am a M in Australian sizing but a L in Italian sizing. The garment was made to a standard better than I expected and supports a way of manufacturing that delivers high quality product in a longer production time but this is offset by the fast global delivery partner. Overall I encourage everyone to support businesses like this who employ local people and local communities. We need more companies like this in the online marketplace. Thank you
The garment ordered was crazy small (I am size 10-12 ordered medium, it was more like extra small). The quality was very basic. Returned immediately and now they will not refund my money. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns my emails. Appalling customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYNB...IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY RESPONSE - NO PHONE CALLS WERE RECEIVED, EMAIL RETURNED AFTER I LEFT THIS FEEDBACK!!!
I discovered this site after placing my order and I was very hot thinking that I made a mistake, so many negative opinions.But I had a nice surprise, my sweaters arrived today, the order was made on April 6, so it took 2 weeks to get them. The sweaters are beautiful, and will be gifts. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed that the sweaters were packed in the same gift box.
I will never buy from this company again. The jumper is thin and after wearing it only 4 times it has stretched enormously and looks like a sack on me. I was told it changed shape because I’d worn it! I was also told the neck would stand up - it doesn’t, it completely flops. I asked for a refund or exchange but was refused. A very big waste of an awful lot of money.
