Love these blinds, reason why every window at my house has their blinds in. Custom made, plenty of choice, looks quality because it is. Great customer service, had a problem with a blind order, they had stop making a certain colour I ordered, they got in contact to inform me and offered me the ones I had ordered however would have to wait longer or alternates at a cheaper price. Fantastic customer service also, thank you
After buying the blinds for more than half the windows in my house I needed one more. Ordered and got confirmation of expected dispatch.However this didn’t happen which caused me to chase. The response was a bit of a shock, to be told they are too busy to deal with me and I shouldn’t be trying to jump the queue.When I got this escalated the transaction could not have gone better, the blind was with me the following day.It’s just a shame that someone in this business didn’t pay proper attention on their customer service skills training. So four stars rather than the five that they really deserve.
