Review Time
We've have had a full set of custom blinds for all our windows for a couple years now. Don't hesitate to order bold colours, they create such a lovely light!But the reason I write this review is because the tilt mechanism broke on one of the blinds and customer support was great, they didn't argue about the blinds being older than a year, but instead got the factory to send the spare part and to put together a simple instructions document how to do the replacement.
Easy website instructions to correctly measure the window according to preference of fit. Delivery was rearranged to a Saturday when the delivery driver called midweek as they are unable to leave them in a safe space (can leave with a neighbour but mine wasn’t home). I love the tapes on the faux wooden blinds. Im disappointed with the quality though as it specifically states faux wooden blinds and they are smooth plastic strips which I wouldn’t have ordered if I was aware they don’t have a wood effect finish. Unable to return as they are now fitted (in my absence). Be aware they are not faux wood effect!
I ordered a blind at 115cm wide, I was sent a blind that was 15mm short. When I contacted them they said this was within their tolerances although they say 4mm is the tolerance they work to on their website.They then refused to correct their mistake. Ignorant and very unhelpful. Will not recommend make my blinds to anyone.
