Poor quality vertical blinds. DX delivery damaged parcel. Vertical blind vanes are permanently creased due to rain from damaged box. Pull cord hangs from head rail. Some damaged accessories, Poor quality. Customer services almost non-existent.
The colour, texture, and overall quality of the double roller blinds are excellent. I also appreciated the clear communication—when there was a delay, they informed me promptly and offered helpful options. Highly recommended company for anyone looking for great blinds and great service.
Unfortunately order placed on 7th November had to be cancelled 3 weeks later.One of the blinds was out of stock, I agreed to wait to have the whole order shipped together. 7 blinds all for the same room.After the new date came and went, I was advised of a further delay.Apparently whilst waiting for the out of stock item another one became unavailable. The waiting time now seemed silly over four weeks. I cancelled and go next day dispatch from another company. Not much difference in price.I should have had the in stock items shipped and waiting for the other. Had this been suggested when I called I would have.Customer service was very good though When I asked for order to be cancelled
