Where do I even begin??

Where do I even begin??I placed an order online on the 27th November 2025. I finally received my blinds on the 13th December. When they arrived they were not the colour I ordered. I ordered the day and night blind in 'Dovetail' and I received 'Granite'. After daily phonecalls to multiple employees I am still no further forward with a resolution. You still have my money, I still don't have confirmation in writing that the blind I actually ordered is going to be remade and issued to me....I am currently left with a blind in a colour I did not order. Customer service is appalling. You'd think given this mistake was made by yourselves you'd be quick to resolve it.... couldn't be further from the truth. Now I'd like either the blind I ordered sending to me or a full refund. Disgusting service and aftercare EDITEDI ordered my blind in a colour (Dovetail) I had previously ordered and it arrived and was a completely different colour. I was then advised that the shades had changed in the 11 months since I last ordered which is very odd considering after I was informed of this I ordered a sample and the sample arrived in the original colour I had ordered. I assume you simply could not be bothered to rectify my issue by sending out the correct coloured blind so you refunded. I stand by my original review.

Please avoid

I ordered blinds for my bay window and asked the company for extra help with measuring because the video guide didn’t answer my questions. They refused to give any proper guidance and just pointed me back to the same video.The blinds arrived and were completely the wrong size. They were far too big. The pack also didn’t include wall plugs, so the only option was to screw straight into the wall.After five hours trying to fit them, I could only install four out of five blinds. They sat awkwardly with clear gaps, and when I adjusted one of them the screws tore out of the wall. The blind fell and hit my cat.I paid for their MeasureSure Cover and still ended up with blinds that don’t fit, poor instructions, no basic fixings and zero support. I asked for help before ordering and didn’t get it. Now I’m left with unusable blinds and no time to redo the work.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
