Malina is so amazing, couldn’t be happier to have found her, at the beginning I was so afraid to start BLW but following all her tips I got so much more confident and now my baby is so independent and loves to eat. Now she’s a toddlers and I had a few questions and Malina she’s always been there every time she’s answered and help so much. You are the best!
Malina is simply wonderful. She has such an engaging and natural way with adolescents. She provided background to help educate my daughter on nutrition. Most importantly, she listened and provided practical ways for her to integrate more nutrition into her current routine and habits.
We contacted Malina for guidance on transitioning our daughter onto solid foods. As first time parents this was completely uncharted / stressful waters but Malina stepped in as an incredible resource. We purchased a package of sessions with her and worked through a list of important topics each time, with specific follow-up tasks after where she continued to be responsive and helpful over email. Through this process we not only transitioned to solid foods but navigated a bunch of related hurdles I did not even realize existed - such as: exposing our daughter to key allergens in a safe way, weening off of bottles and pacifiers, balancing protein / iron / helpful fats / other nutrients we didn't know to focus on, overhauling her nap + feeding schedule, testing new recipes available on Malina's site that are in line with how we as parents eat. It's hard to articulate how helpful all of this guidance was and how much guessing and stress it avoided. Malina is genuinely wonderful and I'm very grateful we worked with her.
I first became aware of Malina through a food allergy webinar sponsored by FARE. Her knowledge of early introduction to the top 9 allergens impressed me so I subsequently began following her on IG. Malina shares her knowledge of introducing allergens, starting solids as well as the many hurdles faced at this stage of development. She’s always quick to respond to my questions/concerns and I truly appreciate that. I’m a grandmother learning to navigate an entirely new way of feeding a little one and Malina has been a great help. I highly recommend her book on BLW as a place to start this journey with your baby.
Malina’s guide was so incredibly helpful in easing my anxiety surrounding introducing solids. With so much information everywhere, I was getting overwhelmed and not quite sure where to start. Malina’s guide is so streamlined and informative, with great suggestions on how to serve food, when to serve it, and how to introduce allergens. She is also incredibly responsive and thorough in her replies via Instagram. I would recommend her guide and Instagram page to anyone!
