Disappointing experience with mobility lift

I bought a mobility lift that functioned well for less than a year. During a trip, the lift stopped working and only the remote down button was operational. I reached out to the company, which claims to offer 24/7 service. After three days, I managed to speak with someone who promised to send a new remote and suggested I find instructions online. I located the instructions and prepared my lift, waiting for the new part. Now, over a week later, I've left multiple phone messages, texts, and emails without any replies. I'm at a loss for what to do next!

Defective Products and Poor Support

I received a defective unit, and after that, a second defective one, along with a used controller to fix the second unit. Their claimed 24/7 support took four days to respond. They didn’t understand their own error codes. Additionally, I noticed they had copied and pasted reviews on their website under various names, which seems suspiciously fake.

Exceptional Service and Quality Product

We had a trip planned and needed a reliable wheelchair for our daughter. I reached out to the owner to see if they were available on the weekend, and they made special arrangements for us to test different chairs. This was truly the best customer service, along with a fantastic chair. We spent three days enjoying our trip, and my daughter had a comfortable chair that reclines and has a headrest. I highly recommend this service and appreciate all the accommodations made for a magical experience.

Frustrated with the Purchase

I paid $1,599 for a faulty bike, and now they want me to cover the return costs. They have a 30-day return policy, but why should I pay for a broken product? The customer service is unresponsive; I’ve been trying to reach them for four days with no luck, and they seem to have blocked my number. People should avoid this seller as they seem to take advantage of customers, especially seniors.
