I have received the product I ordered. I believe that, they've wokred alot on their products, however the delivery system the thing that they should work on it but customers service is great 👍🏻.
I purchased a dress that did not fit. When requesting to return for a refund, you are advised to return the dress to China at your own expense. At no point on their website or in their returns policy do they disclose that returns must be sent internationally. The dress was shipped from a NSW address and consumers are led to believe they are an Australian-based business, saying "Free shipping within Australia". Returning the item internationally has cost a significant amount, which I would never have agreed to had this been disclosed upfront. I returned the dress 9 weeks ago and still no refund. It arrived in China after 4 days, but has since been in customs. I have contacted them numerous times and get nowhere. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.
