The cap I received was not as pictured or described. It was described as 100% wool Harris tweed. What arrived from China was a cheaply made wool blend cap, a poor imitation of the one advertised. Upon contact I was told if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay shipping back to China. Not trusting I would receive a refund, I donated it to a nursing home.

I ordered a hat from Tiendahat and it was advertised as a 100% wool hat made in Italy. What I received was a wool/poly blend made in China. What’s bad is the marketing deceit. If it’s made in china just say so. If it’s not 100% wool say so. Don’t lie to make your product more appealing. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to pay to return and when I said that wasn’t acceptable they ghosted me.
