DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a Jaecoo7 from them, their garage had each tire blown up to 40PSI (without me realising this wasn't standard), and within 3 days I had a puncture. I went into the dealership to ask someone to look at it, as that's a crazy PSI...

I called and a rep called "Kenny" who I personally think was lying about his name, mouthed off down the phone saying that I should go somewhere else to fix it. When I said I'd come down to the dealership and warn people how bad the customer service was, he invited me to. I'll now make it my mission to make sure people don't use this specific dealership. I would not want anyone else to deal with complete inability to sort an issue that is caused by the poor capability of a dealerships attached garage.

Also, if Kenny actually is an employee, their phone system says that they record their calls. I'd suggest going through his calls because he's disgustingly disrespectful to customers.

Again, DO NOT USE. They're incapable; over saturated with sales and unresponsive the minute you walk out the door with the car

Mixed Feelings About My Experience

While the representative was excellent, I have faced two disappointing experiences. The customer service has drastically declined from what used to be a reputable company. My first experience involved my car being held for a week without updates, requiring me to call repeatedly. Recently, I scheduled a service and was promised a courtesy car, only to arrive and find none available. Despite my efforts to communicate, I received no updates and had to make numerous calls to get information. Although the representative was helpful when I eventually collected my vehicle, I'm unsure if I want to return based on these experiences.

Lack of Honesty in Customer Service

The customer service at this location is terribly disappointing. I have been misled and treated poorly, and I will never return. They even suggested it was my word against theirs. While I understand that customers aren't always right, denying clear evidence is unacceptable.

Not the Ideal Car I Hoped For

I thought I had found the perfect car and placed a deposit. However, upon inspection, I discovered the seatbelt was moldy and wet. Experts advised against any vehicle with mold. Although they insisted it could be cleaned, they did not offer to replace the affected parts. I ultimately canceled my purchase, and while they were polite afterward, I had to remind them for my deposit refund. I'm very disappointed.

Inconsistent Experiences Over Time

I had a great experience with my first car from here six years ago, but things have changed. The sales team was helpful when I upgraded, but soon after, I faced multiple issues with my new vehicle that took several attempts to resolve. Although the service manager was supportive and provided a warranty, it has been frustrating trying to get timely updates and responses. Despite considering other options, I’m willing to give them another chance due to my long history with them.
