Mi wife ordered a wallet a gift for me and we noticed a scratch on it. Asked for refund but they decided to ship another one without waiting for us to confirm is that the best solution or not. So they did that and said no return. Second I didn’t like the design and quality of the leather. Seems pretty cheap and something that will scratch very easy. She ordered a customized wallet but the issue is that this store is not available anywhere just online in USA. So for the price they are asking this is a rape. Imagine we paid for one an they send us 2 means the cost to make them is not even close to the wallet price. They refused to refund us money and we can send those 2 wallets back because they will collect dust for couple reasons. Isn’t the same as described. Got coin pocket which makes it to look very big, after you get bank cards and couple bills in looks so big, not close to have modern look but old school. So I am continuing using my Boss wallet which is amazing and these collect dust. And I won’t recommend anyone to buy they products. They are proud that respond back fast but the issue is that they don’t wait or find an agreement with the customer but make decisions and then tells you is to late. So for quality, price, and customer service 1 star good enough. They are based of Europe and that’s why they don’t agree with customer is right and need to make it happy to have more customers coming in from recommendation.

My husband wanted this bag for Christmas. I was a little worried about the quality for the price, but I trusted the other reviews and ordered it. And I wasn’t disappointed. The quality is surprisingly nice. Actually the leather is fairly thick, so the bag feels sturdy. shipping was super fast! No comment on customer service since i didn’t need it, no issues at all so far.
I received their laptop travel men's bag as a gift. Huge disappointment. Looks huge if I try to carry it as a back pack. I am 6 ft, 165 lbs. The bag is also wider than advertised. The pictures on their website are misleading. This is a luggage bag being advertised as a laptop backpack. They also censored this 1-star review on their website, hence I had to post here.
