No issues with the items or shipping. Just the premium price is the only reason I don't use you more often. Also, there needs to be a way to order more of the personalized items. I would like to get a half dozen of the whiskey glasses for my son so that he has a set of 8.

a suggestion for a new crate!

I just gave my fourth man crate and love the novelty of it. I have a suggestion. A family member Is Retiring! You need a special retirement crate! A big thick book, asset of tongs, a fanny pack, etc.etc. you fill it up with weird unrelated things and we'll buy it!Bonnie. :-)
