MGD fitted our roller shutter garage door ten trouble free years ago until a small problem arose on a Friday, and by Monday lunchtime after a full service and adjustment by a fully qualified engineer all was well again. All in all then, excellent all round customer service and at very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend highly enough, so unusual these days unfortunately...
They arranged a speedy appointment slot, turned up on time and sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently. Both the guys were very nice. This is the second time I have used this Company and I would not hesitate to use them again.
The staff were so helpful throughout the whole process. I only needed replacement panels to my existing door rather than a complete new door. Two other companies told me it wasn’t possible, but Mansfield Garage Doors bothered to source them and saved me at least £2500. The team that serviced the mechanism and fitted the new panels did a great job. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.
The two gentleman arrived promptly, talked me through what they were doing, cleared away my old doors quickly and tidily, then set about preparing both garage door entrances for the new doors. On completion they tidied up, explained how both doors operated and left me with instructions for routine maintenance and two very smart new sectional doors, couldn’t have asked for better service.
