Similar experience to most others. €.95 euro cents for a manual that website implied they had. After 30 minutes request still shows as processing. Have cancelled subscription immediately and will seek refund of initial charge. Seems to be a complete sham. Avoid at all costs.
Originally ordered an instruction manual for a certain microwave price 82p. They sent the wrong one and then charged me £132.00 subscription a month without my knowledge. Had to go through my bank to dispute unorthorised payments and the bank blocked them too.
I regularly hand wash garments but the spin only doesn't work. The garments are still wet through at the end of a very lengthy cycle when all you need is a quick spin . The dispenser tray is full of water at the end of each cycle. I wish I had read other people's reviews before buying.
Absolute rip off why are they still on google search? Initial manual 83p then £132 bimonthly subscription charge which automatically kicks in after 7 days. Whilst this is on website certainly not clear and hidden under benefits heading??? Basically scam outfit. AVOID!!!!
Absolute scammers,they charged me 0.95euros which I thought was all I was paying only to find a month later they charged me 149.99 euros saying subscription fees even though I hadn't signed up to anything,total scammers they should be shut down as nowhere did it state these fees when looking on their website.fuming.
