While they are skilled at applying screen protectors, their communication regarding costs is severely lacking. They took my phone without discussing the price first. They applied two protectors without mentioning that the first one wouldn't work for fingerprints, and the second had a large circle that was not disclosed beforehand. When I requested a refund due to my dissatisfaction, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. I intend to warn others to steer clear of this place. Their lack of knowledge about essential features like oleophobic coatings raises further concerns.

I stopped by to buy Bluetooth earbuds and was shown several models, with the 'best' priced at £70. After checking online, I found the same model available for just £18! This blatant markup is unacceptable.
