I've just discovered that manualsmate.com have signed me up for a subscription of £129.99. I did NOT sign up for this and had no knowledge that there even was a subscription. I had already been charged £0.81 for a motorhome owner's manual and was sent a completely useless Warranty and Service book.manualsmate.com website is clearly designed to scam. AVOID manualsmate.com AT ALL COST.

Paid for a Manual i didnt receive…

Paid for a Manual i didnt receive having said they have one. They then offer an alternative for a different machine as if that’s ok! They would appear to be scammers. Do not give bank details under any circumstances. Wish i had read reviews first. Update, been in touch with bank fraud team and they have blocked them from using card. They are well known to bank so please be careful folks.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Only 1 star because you can’t give zero. This is just daylight robbery. They couldn’t find the manual I wanted so sent me something useless and generic. Then a couple of months later charged me £59 for a 6 monthly subscription. The automatic subscription was not mentioned, or at least was not made clear, on their website. This is just an excuse to scam you with an automatic subscription. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

They tell you that it’s 80 pence to…

They tell you that it’s 80 pence to download the manual you require. And then a week laster they take £126 from you. This is not what I agreed to fumming. Wish I could leave no stars
