I wish I never found this poxy site.
I bought this jacket which has a completely different color, texture, and design irl once it arrived.
For positives, it arrived pretty quickly within 6 days. It was properly sized.
That's all.
Now getting this item returned and refunded was a complete nightmare. The chat option on the site doesnt work i waited literally 2 hours leaving a tab open and nothing. I sent 2 emails and nothing. I had to contact via whatsapp in the end and a dialogue began. Once the return arrived i waited 2 days to get a message or a refund and nothing. I contact him 2 times about it and only on the second time where I threaten to call my bank and write a negative review does he have the balls to speak. So he says "ill refund" after 2 days he doesn't. I tell him he has a few hours left, he says "tomorrow I will". Still doesnt, i say "11 hours left". Sends me a voice message and refunds me which takes another 2 full days. However I got refunded over £50 less than what I spent for item and delivery. I messaged him about it and got all the pictures and after a week I'm still on unread. Screw these scammers and lowlifes. But leather jackets on Etsy.
I bought this vest as a gift and when it arrived, it looked like it was in decent shape and was happy with the look of it however, once it was tried on and snapped when you take off, the buttons came apart. There should be a way to give NO (0) stars!! This company is a scam! Luckily I paid through Pay Pal and they were able to get my money back. Whenever I called after not receiving any tracking info or anything saying that my order was shipping the same guy answered the phone with "hello" no greeting or anything and would say I'll try to ship it tomorrow. He had a foreign accent, which screamed SCAM to me. I was surprised that he was dumb enough to keep answering my calls whenever I contacted him. Save yourself some frustration and do not attempt to order from here.
