Do not order from this company! Item was poor quality and I wanted to return it. They ask you to fill out a two page verification form to return an item and after you do that they have another two page form they ask you to fill out or they won’t refund your item. It is a total scam
I ordered a cardigans and it was delivered very poor quality. There an ink marked in every where. No holes at button sides and delivered with wring sized. I tried communicating with customer support for return and refund but even the process is not accessible they will send you a form to give another information about you and you need to print for you own and fill up 2 pages just for verification. Long process for return and refund procedure. The quality of the cloth they use was a peace of trash and crap. Delivery will take 1 month. Not recommended to buy from this online store.
Maria and David New York appears to be a scam. I ordered something weeks ago, and have yet to see a delivery. Emailed them about it. They assured me it was "on the way", but still nothing. Emailed again saying cancel the order and refund my money, and they replied with a "thank you for your patience" and "heres a discount". I replied again saying to cancel the order and refund my money. No reply yet.I also saw a video ad on Instagram for Maria and David. While the images in the video were Maria and David, the voiceover used a totally different name.

What followed was an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process that appears designed to discourage returns.I was required to complete multiple forms and provide repeated information, followed by instructions to ship the item back to China at my own expense. The return requirements included strict packaging rules, tracking, customs declarations, and extended processing timelines, all while the company repeatedly pushed me to accept partial refunds (20–50%) instead of a full return.Even more concerning, they stated that any refund would be issued as store credit only, not back to my original payment method, despite clearly advertising a “money-back guarantee.” This is not what most consumers would reasonably expect from that claim.I have not returned the item because the process is excessively burdensome and costly, which appears to be intentional. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.
had a good experience ordering here. checkout and delivery were easy, the images match reality . got a knit cardigan—light, warm, and layers easy. also bought eliza slip-on wedge sandals for my wife, and she loves them; the arch support and roomy toe box help her feet feel better.
