I ordered two dresses size small. One was way too small and buttons were missing. The quality was awful. The other was suppose to be small but I could fit 2 people in it. To return it is a major hassell . It's a total rip-off. The products do NOT look like the pictures. It's more than expensive to send them back to china
SCAM - don't fall for it. I ordered a cotton/linen Boho dress and got something made in cheap plastic fabric 6 weeks later like the stuff sold on Temu for a fraction of the price. This is a store in China posing as USA business who has figured out how to scam dollars.
That 90 day refund policy is another brilliant scam. I had to fill out two rounds of paperwork requesting personal information only to find out they don't give refunds. They give store credits for a fraction of what I spent.
I must admit this is one of the more creative scams I've seen that feeds on America's insatiable addiction to buying stuff.
Don’t order from here. Ordered a sweater which is way too small (ordered a large which is what I usually wear). Asked to return and was made to fill out two forms. Only to then be told it would have to be sent back to China at my cost with additional documents requires.
Or they gave me and offer of 20% off a different order.
Never again.

Misleading “Money-Back Guarantee” and Obstructive Return Process
This company advertises a “money-back guarantee,” but my experience shows that this is misleading. After receiving an item I was not satisfied with, I requested a return and refund. What followed was an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process that appears designed to discourage returns.
I was required to complete multiple forms and provide repeated information, followed by instructions to ship the item back to China at my own expense. The return requirements included strict packaging rules, tracking, customs declarations, and extended processing timelines, all while the company repeatedly pushed me to accept partial refunds (20–50%) instead of a full return.
Even more concerning, they stated that any refund would be issued as store credit only, not back to my original payment method, despite clearly advertising a “money-back guarantee.” This is not what most consumers would reasonably expect from that claim.
I have not returned the item because the process is excessively burdensome and costly, which appears to be intentional. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.
Scam!!!! Not from US it’s cheap clothes directly from china. They steal $$. Ordered bohemian dress, not anywhere close to picture- was supposed to be embroidered suede Navy.. got a screen print faded synthetic material. No returns available only STORE CREDIT!!!! Ans at that it’s several redundant pdf forms to complete and email back just to purposely frustrate the customer into not following through and not even for refund. STAY AWAY!!!
Paid $65 for a pair of kitten heels. Took over a month to get them and when they finally arrived, they were wrapped in a plastic bag. Not even in a box. They’re incredibly cheap quality shoes worth about $10.00! They don’t even have a brand name on them. I threw them in the garbage.
I ordered a "Bohemian Sun Design" dress that was supposed to be a cotton-linen blend. I know cotton. I know linen. This was not it. The dress looks different from the one displayed. Totally different. I am too disgusted to try to return it. (From the reviews, it looks as if the return process is stupid and complicated.) The "original" price was $160. I do not know what currency they priced it. I got it on "sale" for $48,,,still not a bargain. Oh! And it smells funny! I am giving the dress to someone who doesn't know better. Buyer beware!
