Ordering this new Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1, MagGo, AirCool, Foldable) was fairly easy. However, it took too long from the date I ordered until the order was confirmed, then more wait time until the charger was shipped. You need to work on that, please.

The charger is hefty and stays put easily, and I charge my Apple Ultra Watch atop the unit as well. As this is a portable charger, and the front plate hinge closes, I feel the hinge could be a bit more resistant, as merely placing your phone on the charger starts to close the unit shut a bit too easily. When this happens, it pushes your watch a bit askew on the stand.

I was advised by the police to have a video doorbell for my security and bought a doorbell with a homebase 2 December 2021. The bell developed a fault March 2023 and was kindly replaced. December 2025 this doorbell stopped working too. I have tried to resolve by contacting customer support numerous times. The support team on the phone say they will contact management but when management email they don't seem to understand the problem. I bought another video doorbell last week but when I tried to install it this bell won't work. I chatted with the bot and rang customer support who again said they would email management. When I opened the reply the management didn't seem to understand. I am still without a video doorbell or even a doorbell since December 2025 (nearly 3 months). I just want it resolved.

I bought a charger from the Anker website a week ago. Since then it is still on ‘Order confirmed’ status with no updates, no anticipated delivery date, no communication. I tried to cancel 8 days later but apparently I can’t - the on-screen message said ‘It is being packed in our warehouse’. It has taken 8 days to still be ‘being packed’! Buy from somewhere else but not direct from Anker.

We appreciate receiving the charging station, despite the anxious wait! Now we can stay warm in Ukraine even without electricity! 🙏🏼 The heating boiler operates smoothly from the station without any issues, unlike others we've tried.

Great noise cancelling headphones that really help!

I truly appreciate my noise cancelling headphones. I don't think I could have managed the past few months without them. They've been essential in coping with CPTSD-related ear pain caused by the intense construction noise from a nearby building. It's hard to emphasize how beneficial they've been; I've disabled all notification sounds on my device, such as emails, messages, and social media alerts, because those 'pinging' sounds can be very painful for my ears. When I wear the headphones, I can't mute these sounds, and they become even more uncomfortable since there's no volume control and they go directly into my ears. I really need a way to silence all these sounds, including those that indicate the headphones are operational. I can check my device settings if needed. Could you please consider adding this feature in your next update? Also, is there a way to inform other headphone manufacturers about this concern? I'm unsure what date to enter in the 'date of experience' box, as this issue has persisted for as long as I've been using the headphones and other audio devices.

Disappointing charger experience

Purchased a charger as a Christmas gift, and it only functioned for half a day. Now the screen lights up, but it won't charge at all, and pressing the buttons does nothing. It has turned into an expensive paperweight. The software is unreliable and may damage the charger. I recommend steering clear of this brand; it appears to be a deceptive product.

Disappointing experience during the holiday season.

I had a disappointing experience during the holiday season. I ordered two wireless chargers as gifts for my children on December 14. After following up for a delivery update, I was informed that the order was ready. A few days later, I found out that the items were out of stock with no plans for future restocking. Besides a refund, I was offered a 10% discount on future purchases, which feels inadequate given the situation, especially since I could find a similar discount elsewhere. A frustrated customer.
