My initial order was carelessly tossed over the gate by the delivery service and left in the rain for five days, making it unusable. The company quickly sent a replacement, which arrived two days later, but it was left on the doorstep. Thankfully, I was at home to get it right away. I gave this experience three stars due to the damaged corners of the package, which led to crumpled calendars—quite disappointing. The company should think about reinforcing the corners or adding a protective sheet in the packaging. I'm now hesitant to order calendars online again next year, which is unfortunate as I've been a loyal customer for many years.

I have relied on this service several times, and the calendars consistently arrive on time and well-packaged to avoid damage. They also offer excellent value. I faced a delivery issue that wasn't the company's fault, but they handled it quickly. I'm quite impressed.
I visited a calendar store over the weekend and I must say, I will definitely return next year! A young lady assisted me and was very courteous, checking if I needed help and efficiently finding everything I was looking for, which was great since I was in a hurry. Excellent customer service and very friendly!
I bought a calendar 24 hours ago. The staff asked if I wanted a receipt, and I said no. When I got home, my wife had ordered another calendar online, so I returned the next day thinking my credit card receipt would suffice, but it didn't! If there's a strict receipt policy, receipts should be issued automatically to avoid confusion. This will be my last purchase from this company due to this frustrating policy.
This was my first order with the company, and one of my calendars arrived damaged with a bent corner. I was very disappointed as it was meant to be a gift. They only refunded me 10%, but I would have preferred to return the calendar for a replacement. Sadly, I don't think I'll be using this service again.
It's wonderful to see this company back at the location. I asked about a familiar staff member, and while they were still there, a new team member assisted me. They were extremely friendly and helpful with my selections. Great to have them back!
