I placed an order with the company on November 19, and my credit card was charged immediately. After receiving the initial confirmation email, I haven't received any updates on my order status, even after reaching out to them three times without a reply.

Kept me informed, responded quickly to my questions and she is always so friendly and helpful throughout the process.Shipping was lightning-fast—my order was processed, shipped, and delivered in no time. Everything was packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition. I have ordered from Masstone a few times. Love the products! They are good quality products. Having said that, when I received my order it was not what I ordered. So I contacted customer support and worked with Nina. Nina is a gem!! Very attentive and helpful! After a couple weeks I received my original order. Love the 2 handbags and 2 pairs of sandals. I recommend placing an order with Masstone. You will not be disappointed!
It was extremely helpful to receive personal attention from their representative. The shipments are always excellently packaged so that they arrive completely in tact and never damaged. It would be useful if they would put some type of paper inside the handbags so that they do not lose their shape or get a crease during shipping. Overall I am very happy with their products, shipping, and service.
