I wrote many messages in instagram, sent them emails on the website link on their site and it all came back as not working. Is there any phone number ? Item placed on January 11th and it’s been a month and no contact
My name is Heidi Paterson I purchased the long maxi fur coat in all black on February 3rd 2025 I’ve yet to receive my coat I’ve sent several emails absolutely no reply I don’t have a phone number to make contact with anyone and I think that’s the most annoying part please can someone from Mayfur make contact with me.
It would be nice if you would respond to customers when I write to you as you respond here. but normally it's more important to try to hide your mistakes. it's not the first time I buy and at checkout nothing came to me, as there might be some import duties at customs. that should be specified as at any large firm at checkout. you don't have that. try to work on professionalism!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have only had my coat for 2 months and all the pockets have come unstitched the labels come off and the fur hood is hanging off. The quality is awful it's so cheap. Once they have your money they ignore all of your emails and communications. Please do not buy from here I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
I am from Germany and I bought in online shop Fur, Classic collar coat Size M.I bought on 29.12.2020, my package was delivered on 22.01.2021 Before buying online I contacted them on Instagram about sizing and color, it was recommended to size up. I am a size Small. The coat is absolutely gorgeous, the material is real fur, fluffy and soft. I love the coat! Will be buying more , they have sell now 😍
