I purchased a Mazda CX-90 PHEV 7 months ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle does not meet expectations: in fully electric mode, even after a 100% charge, it only manages 5–7 km, while the advertised maximum is 42 km.
I feel misled, as this limitation makes the car fail at the main function of a plug-in hybrid. The lack of transparency about the actual electric range is unacceptable for a brand of this level.
I would not recommend this purchase if you are expecting the advertised electric range.
I bought a vehicle and right from the start, it has been showing low oil warnings. After a major lawsuit, we had the stem valve seal replaced, yet it now consumes 500ml of oil every 1000km. Even with two warranties, I find myself without coverage. It’s hard to believe a new car would burn this much oil. The quality seems poor, and I'm concerned about potential engine damage. I strongly advise staying away from this company.
Purchased a car that has had low oil warnings from the start. After replacing the stem valve seal post-lawsuit, it now burns 500ml every 1000km. Despite having two warranties, there’s no coverage. I expected a new car to not consume this much oil. The quality seems questionable, and significant engine damage is likely. I advise steering clear of this company.
The app is truly frustrating and no dealership seems able to resolve the issues. Dropping off my car for a non-functioning remote starter, I was left to deal with numerous third-party representatives. I've never had a new vehicle under warranty returned unrepaired. A remote starter is standard, and relying on a faulty app is simply unacceptable. This company really missed the mark with this app. Avoid purchasing any vehicle that depends on it.
I had an awful experience. The service director was incredibly disrespectful, leaving me speechless. I switched languages just to ensure others could hear his insults. I merely wanted to express gratitude and he reacted aggressively. It’s disheartening to see someone from my own background behave so rudely.
I own an SUV and was shocked to find the factory-installed tires wearing out much faster than anticipated. With under 20,000 km, the tread depth has significantly decreased, suggesting only about 50,000 km of usable life. In contrast, similar replacement tires come with an 80,000 km warranty. This raises concerns about why the company chose such underperforming tires for a heavy SUV, forcing owners into early replacement costs. I urge fellow owners to check their tread depth and share experiences, as this affects many of us.
I've faced nonstop electrical problems with my 2021 vehicle since I bought it. It seems that if the dealer won't address warranty issues, the company is indifferent. They can offer an unlimited mileage warranty because they avoid fixing anything. If you get a response after weeks, you are lucky. I expected reliable quality but have been disappointed. If you enjoy being stranded with a nearly new car due to electrical failures, this brand might be for you.
I encountered rudeness from the staff, who were condescending and unhelpful. The same issue persisted through two visits, only to be resolved by a third-party mechanic. When I sought a refund, they insisted I apologize for their rudeness, despite them being the problem. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend this company. Avoid purchasing or getting repairs done here.
