Received excellent service from Adam and his team. They diagnosed the fault and kept me informed by email and text. This was my first experience of their service and initially I was concerned that booking online there would not be face to face interaction. This however was not the case as Adam was very welcoming when I dropped the car off and took time to explain the repair in detail when I collected the car. I will certainly be using M.B Jarvie for future servicing and MOT’s.
Super service from start to finish. Great website with everything structured and in place to make booking and check in easy. Wonderful comms and updates during the actual work and then an ability to have a good chat during collection with nothing too much trouble for Adam to explain. Wish I’d found them sooner and will be back in a few months when the service is due. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Fantastic service from MB Jarvie. Booked MOT online which was confirmed via email. When I phoned the garage to find out about drop off and collection times, they had facilities to drop off and collect my keys safely outside of working hours which really helped.Throughout the MOT I was kept up to date via email and txt to let me know what was happening. Would definitely recommend using this garage, thoroughly professional at all times. Car is driving like a dream.
simple motoring here, booked appointment on line and got estimate week before for cost of the service. Arrived to drop off car and key went into safe box, arrived 3.45 pm same day during that period all the work carried out had been sent to me on invoice. I paid the invoice by bank transfer and when i collected the car all documents were in the car and keys were handed over, Simple.Important to me was my Mercedes Benz history was updated on the system by MB Jarvie, and I also got condition report the next day with each part of the car and what condition it was in whether ok or maybe need replaced in future etc. Not the cheapest service but in todays world you get what you pay for!Give them a go as you can see I had zero issues, and no trying to get additional work from a service which is a major no-no from me, unless justified.
Took my car down today and had the tracking done on my vauxhall corsa and found out that the toe angle was way off, MB JARVIE CAR SERVICE found it, fixed it, car is running great now and won't scrub my tyres away. Very reasonable price and the Hunter machine they use is fantastic. This is the second time I have used them my other car is a ford focus and MB JARVIE sorted that car also. Would highly recommend. 👍
First time I haven’t used a main dealer, and wish I’d come to Jarvie years ago. It’s not just price, although that was a very pleasant surprise, but they can also wipe the floor with M-B of Glasgow in terms of efficient communication. Five stars for the guys at MB Jarvie, I called them at short notice to get a wheel balance done as other garages couldn’t accommodate my vehicle setup. All sounded simple but as my car isn’t standard, oversized tyres, off-road rims, suspension kit etc etc it proved to be a bit of a challenge. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job entirely to my satisfaction, handling was vastly improved when i got the car back. I would highly recommend this business. Experience overall was great from booking in process to collecting the vehicle.
