Was going to order little felt cats kit. Went onto their website and it was not even on the website! I would just take screenshots and print from there for free! Not sure if it was them, but last fall ordered felt snowflakes to embroider, put together, stuff. They sent felt snowflakes, floss, stuffing. No instructions, no patterns for embroidery. Thank God I had taken screenshots! Facebook should do their job and protect all crafters from fraud.

The order took a month to receive, and I am missing half the instructions, which appear to have been copied in tiny print from a full-sized booklet. I absolutely believe this is a stolen pattern. Avoid this company.

The order for Christmas ornaments took…

The order for Christmas ornaments took longer than stated, when it arrived the templates much smaller than the ornaments shown in advertisements,also the instructions are the same 14 pages printed twice, refer to pages 15-26. Have tried to contact with no response, I certainly would not order from them again.

Avoid!!

Haven't purchased anything because luckily I thought their prices were suspiciously high and a quick search reveals they are selling stolen patterns or drop shipping with an enormous markup. AVOID AND SUPPORT THE REAL CREATORS!

Buyer Beware

First, this company tried to charge me for this order twice. After they didn't get a second payment, they shipped the order, but the book that was shipped was 3" square and completely unreadable (it should have been 10-12" square). Also, the thread I ordered is the completely wrong colour and very bad quality.
