They automatically enroll you in a subscription even if you deselect the option, and they deliberately complicate the cancellation process. If you manage to cancel or pursue a refund, they may 'blacklist' your information, preventing future purchases due to perceived lack of profitability. I wouldn’t suggest making a purchase unless you're ready to potentially lose a significant amount of money. Additionally, their shipping is extremely poor; even with express options, delivery takes an excessive amount of time.
This site is fraudulent. They continue to charge my credit card, and I have yet to receive my items. I was forced to cancel my credit card and have also notified my local authorities to alert others. I placed an order on November 28 and it still hasn't arrived. There has been no communication from them. I attempted to report this to the platform, but they showed no concern.
