I really wish we could see where we are ordering from in the CONTACT US because it should tell us where the company is and the name. We could look them up before ordering. I placed a small order in August 2025 and the said it was Eddie Bauer clothing on sale for the winter and I fell for it. The prices were absolutely ridiculous and that should of been a red flag, but I purchased anyway. It turns out that they said they delivered the package and when i saw the tracking number they had the wrong zip code. They mailed it out again, supposedly and I never received anything. They emailed me and said they will fully refund me within 15-25 working days since December 2025. I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed them all this time and they keep sending me the same email that they are trying to expedite, then they are having server issues, then they have a high volume of returns and its taking longer that normal, then its my bank and its been a nightmare with emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been in constant communication with the service since my purchase on 8/31 through a social media platform. I have yet to receive the items and have only been given a partial refund, with repeated assurances of a complete refund being postponed due to "force majeure". As of 12/22, I am still waiting. I would give this zero stars if I could, because I encountered a complete mess. Initially, I was drawn in by an ad that showcased $2 jeans, which made me add items to my cart, thinking they were from a favorite boutique. However, I never received a confirmation email! When I tried to visit the company's website from my order screenshot, I discovered the domain was up for sale. I was shocked! Upon checking the charge on my card, I found out this was all a scam. The lack of a confirmation email was a clear red flag. I would strongly advise against engaging with this company. If you come across them, run away! They will take your money and provide nothing in return. Now, I have to dispute the charge due to their actions.

FIRST, THE AD ON A SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM CAUGHT MY ATTENTION WITH $2 JEANS, BUT IT APPEARED AS IF THEY WERE SOLD BY A WELL-KNOWN BOUTIQUE I LOVE. I WAITED FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, BUT IT NEVER CAME! I THEN GOOGLLED THE COMPANY AND FOUND THAT THE DOMAIN WAS UP FOR SALE. I WAS IN SHOCK! LOOKING UP THE CHARGE ON MY CARD LED ME HERE, WHERE I DISCOVERED THIS WAS ALL A SCAM. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS OFF WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. I WOULD GIVE -10 OUT OF 10 AND STRONGLY ADVISE AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NOTHING IN RETURN. NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE WHO SEEM TO HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO.
I spent nearly $200 with this company after seeing an ad on a social media platform and got completely scammed! They took my money but I never received the items. Their fraudulent tracking site claims my order was delivered, but I was right outside at the mailbox when they said it was delivered, and it never showed up. I've received no response from them at all, and I'm just out my money. These were gifts for my children. Do not fall for their ad; you will lose your money.
