This is a scam. The product is actually a Chines ZBT WiFi router sold at a much higher price than available from other sources. Meacode is fraudulent reseller advertising the product as if it were its own. So far the router itself works OK but has no firewall setup and only MAC filtering as its internal protection.
I bought a set of translator ear buds which on receipt found to be of very poor quality.I have sent them an email as they request in their return policy. They require me to pay for the delivery cost of the package to me. I have requested this figure from them on multiple emails and I get the same response which simply quotes the return policy
Scam scam scam Their doorbell cameras do not work as advertised. All returns must be made within 14 days and you need to have your your order ID number which they do not provide. Furthermore, they do not provide a return address, you need to email them. I’m on four days of emailing them with still no return email.
I bought a WiFi router directly from this company. It took over two weeks to arrive and had been despatched from China. I was unable to customise the WiFi settings, after powering up. However it did provide a very strong insecure WiFi connection.I contacted the supplier at meacode.co.uk for the correct username and password to configure the router. No response ever received. I requested a refund. Again no response.Sending out a insecure router would enable the 'seller' to access all my data and possibly get access to my banking details.I believe this 'supplier' is a fake e.storeDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MEACODE
I couldn’t give no stars… this is a scam, there is no customer service, no returns address and I have sent over 8 emails to return this plastic crap product received for almost €200 and the only response was that I was given a link to another user manual. The products are a cheap brand with broken products received user manual is NOT the issue. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this “company” save your money and buy off Amazon for 1/10th of the price and better quality! Worst online experience I have ever had with fake .co.uk and .ie addresses stay well clear… I wish I checked others reviews first! Never had such a terrible experience with any online purchase! 14 days of constant emails now going to my bank to dispute and get my payment back absolute headache!
Do not EVER buy from this company. I purchased AI earbuds costing $209 and never received them. Numerous emails had no response and the supplied phone number is not listed. I really do not understand how Facebook allows these people ti advertise on their site when it is obvious it is a scam
