AwfulProduct mid sold. Description of product inaccurate. Devise for snoring /throat stimulator. It uses one use disposable electrodes pads...5 were provided. This is completely unacceptable environmentally sustainable and in addition very expensive to purchase. It appeared in the description to be a rechargeable device strapped to the neck.No order confirmation received, not dispatch info and no packing slip with delivery of item.This makes return of the product impossible. You have to provide order number for return. Return costs 15%. if not done or received in 14 days no refund. You cannot just return to the dispatch address as it says they have to confirm where it must be sent. If you send it without getting that confirmation they will just charge you up to £50 for a "handling" fee. I assume so they can pick it up from some place where they use solely to dispatch from and they don't own that address and operate from there. However as support have not replied to any of my.emails about order confirmation, delivery note or return I'm guessing all of this is part of the scam to send out sub standard, cheaply made non sustainable products they wish to get rid of and don't want back as there is no possible way to make your return without contacting them first.
This company is selling Chinese crap that you can buy on Amazon or on line for a hell of a lot less I paid for it on there UK site witch I think is fake just trying to fool people into thinking there based in the UK there not there in China the item they sold me a anti snoreing device cost me€138 only to see the same item on Amazon for €30 euros And it was totally crap didn't work you might as well tape your mouth shut as for the use of this useless piece of crap tried to get in touch with there customer care to get a refund that's another joke takes them days and days to get back to you don't hold up much hope of getting a refund of them it's for the bin now useless 👿👿👿then the have the nerve to offer me 3% refund or return it to Hong Kong and my expense ye Hong Kong what happened to been based in the UK ?? Bought a watch seemingly high-quality für 90.-sfr. Which was previously double in price. The watch received didn't have the features promised and can be uptained for less than 15.- an TEMU. It's all a scam.They promised a 3% refund if I kept it.
