Confirmation email not received

Bought a pair of trainers which arrived in due course however I never received a confirmation email which subsequently caused my order number to not be recognised when I tried to return them as I wanted to get a size smaller. I emailed the company but have had no response after numerous requests

Opening hours on website are not correct!

The opening hours listed on your website was different from the actual hours, so when I showed up the location was already closed and since it was the lat day to pick up the package it was returned.

Cannot get someone to help!

I called the customer service 3 times this week, waited up to 45 minutes to speak to someone each time and they are still unable to resolve my issue... This is extremely frustrating!
