Medibuddy customer service no.call now 96.418.388.56 any problem with service .It's the worst company I have ever seen in my life.few days back I have ordered medicine for my father they delivered the wrong medicine when I asked to exchange the medicine with the actual one or give me the refund these guys are telling me that they don't have policy to refund or return for the delivered medicine. I've raised a ticket send them mail so many times but no one is there to listen to your
Giving 1 star because there is no option of zero star. these guys have unnecessarily poked their nose into medical business just to cheat people and do nothing else. one more group of useless cheaters frauds startup. these companies should be banned from operating. if at all any good review is available then beleive me that review is paid.
The Company doesnt even deserve a single star. their should be an option of negative star rating of companies like Medibuddy.First thing is that there are no pictures of the product, you are not sure if you are ordering a correct medicine or not.Secondly wherever you are living in India, your delivery address will always show as Bangalore.I ordered first time on 10th of December, firstly, they take 3 days to deliver medicine in cities like Delhi or NCR. Then after 3 days, i got a message that medicines are delivered wherever i never recieved any medicines.I have called them atleast 7 - 8 times and have sent aleast 3 - 5 emails, but still i am not sure whether i will get the medicine or the refund will be processed. Please dont buy any medicines from them.

Please refer to lab order no 35626307Bhubaneswar lab is not standardize at all. Results are unrealistic. I had to repeat test in other reputed lab.Kindly keep the standard of Laboratory . Staff should know how to run standards daily before start.
