Hi, My husband works for Accenture and he had taken a paid blood investigation for a treatment. I dint wanted to go out because of pandemic and affect my family. After a week of paying I got appointment and Lab technician was suppose to pickup samples from my home. He did not show up at all. For one week I was rescheduling appointment daily. I was just getting appointment time, but no one showed up or even had courtesy to call or talk about this situation. They did not even refund me. Pathetic staff, very very irresponsible. My doctor wanted to start my treatment and change the old medication. They are so irresponsible that they don't value others money and life. I don't understand why corporate companies affiliate with such pathetic companies. I hate to complain, but in this I couldn't stop myself. I went through lot of stress both emotionally and physically. I wish if there was negative starts or rating I would have given that to them.
Fake site for covid essential delivery, they never deliver even though take your money. Ordered vaporiser for parents who got covid and they promised to deliver in 24 hours and it’s been 2 weeks already and the order gets cancelled today.
My husband has claimed for reimbursement. But no one replied over the mail or phone call appropriately. Its been more than month. No proper communication by medibuddy. No one provide the proper guidance. Brand employer should not trust such medical issuance services who does not help their employees for claiming guidance and easy process.
Do not go with medibuddy.....they will not receive phone or reply to mail appropriately. They will not help you out to get claims done for you. Please do not go with it. I will the convey the same feedback to my employer. After submitting bills and all....They even didn't reply back which documents they need or missing from my end.
If you want the report to be delivered on expedited basis, definitely these are not the people to look for. They are like intermediaries who act as a broker to liaise with the lab and customer. Labs are usually fast enough to send the report but it actually goes to medibuddy team and that team is damn lethargic to upload the data for the customer. Covid RT-PCR test is the example in my case where the report was sent to them a day before itself and I'm still awaiting for the same from medibuddy. Detection of virus at early stages is vital and surely for tests like this we should not go for this broker apps who doesn't care for customer and lethargic in their process.
