worst service. they collected blood and after 4 days, they said blood is spoiled as it was not properly stored. And said will collect blood sample again with 48 hours notice. followed up 4 times with 48-72 hours schedule, but no one has turned up so far. Pathetic service and do not believe in quality of their testing too, with such unprofessional team.
Like all other reviews, I am also a victim of medibuddy. The insurance plan is subscribed by my company Cuemath but on claim you have to deal with them directly via a broker. My company has been very little help and they are harassing me by asking for more documents every time I send them what they previously asked. I've sent them all the documents that I got from the hospital but they always seem to ask more details, so I've to go the hospital again and again. I don't think still I'll be able to get the claim. It's been 4 months.
They are not refunding the amount. Its already been two months. I keep calling them and they say they will refund. Is there any online complaint site so that we can bring this site down. As I can read the below reviews they are cheating so many customers
Worst experience , 3 Times the blood sample collection was scheduled but none came to collect . Dont even have the courtesy to call and confirm if they are coming to collect . Highly irresponsible and negligent company . Don’t go for any service . They only know raising service request and rescheduling of the health check up , but no action after that . very dissapointed .Worst medibuddy.
I strongly suggest don't go to this company for any medical help. There are many other companys who can do better service. I don't want explain my problem here because of it is lenghty. please don't waste your time, money and patience.
