No-one came!!

Booked the test for 8 am. Guy called said not before 9 am. I I sisted on the time booked. It got rescheduled next day. Got a call the guy will come 8 am. No-one turned up. Suffered hours of pain as supposed to not take meds. Absolutely useless!! Booked for Bangalore

Medibuddy not deserve single star.Fraud and cheat company.Uneducated customer service and greviance team, ignore customer issues.one of their staff name radhika she is really uneducated girl, not at all smart to speak,speaks abusing the customer.It my big mistake to choose medibuddy for health.Not recommend this app for our health.Don't use this platform for our health.

Worst customer service and they just…

Worst customer service and they just delay things stating we have escalated but nothing moves. I had called them multiple times for my reimbursement through portal. They said it will take 7 working days to generate a claim# but its been 2 months it has not generated the claim#.

Following up for my medical report from past 4-5 days, but every time they pickup the call and inform will update you within 24 hours but no call or message always from our side need to check for any update, the worst service I have seen

Worst customer support

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I am still waiting for my test report, when the sample was collected 84 hrs ago. I'll die of the pain because if this company. Called up customer support 10 times nobody in picking up the call, it seems like more number of calls they are having so they are not even picking up one..let the customer die its not in their handCalled up other customer support numbers, they tend to ask the concerned team to contact me and share report..that somehow hasnt happened yet

I wish I could give medibuddy 0 rating…

I wish I could give medibuddy 0 rating instead of 1 rating.No responses to emails. Believe it or not - tickets are closed without any replies. Every new email subject line = new ticket. They directly close the ticket and you'll get an email stating "your query has been resolved. thanks for contacting us".Once a ticket is closed no matter how many emails you reply you'll never get any responses.Escalation requests are simply marked as closed tickets. No phone numbers. No other way to contact this company. I wish I could file a lawsuit on them for their third class services.
