Worst customer supportI booked madibuddy for test of mine and my sister, I got full assistance on that day of how to make payment.Once I made my payment my struggle started:1. the sample collector guy insisted to change my time again and again, unprofessional behaviour.2. Again I got someone else repot with same reference 3. Third party lab was used for test which was not disclosed at time of making payment 4. I tried to book doctor consultation for my report which was promised to me while time of sale was not given. I doctor called me without my report no idea of what is consultancy all about 5. When I insisted MediBuddy team to share my report to mapped doctor they said they can’t do it neither shared me any link to upload 20-25 pages report and again asked for money6. I am calling them again and again and they are keeping me on hold for 1 hr
This is the worst company i have ever worked. You need to work overtime and they won't give you any extra payment or appreciations for your effort. My mom was diagnosed with cancer and I asked for WFH for a while they didn't approved and asked me to resign. What kind of medical company is this. I was supposed to get corporate benifits where u get medicines for the employees and i paid the amount but never recieved that medicines. There is no growth in that company.
Not deserved even 1 rating. Uzeless app. I don't no why companies adopting such cheap and poor service providers. Panneled hospitals/labs/diagnostic centers are really trying make you fool. Just ask from you Bout your health condition and they generate your health report even they didn't willing to touch your body.
Pathetic service. As I followed up twice they gave a wrong RT PCR result even though I had no symptoms. I did a test through Apollo and in airport the next day and result came as negative. They promise 24 hours but when you call customer care they say 72 hours. There charges are less but that reflects in there service. Please don't do RT PCR with them looking at money.They deserve a - 5 star.
Hi this is Heramb I m from Delhi Medibuddy is really worst because I have done my RT-PCR TEST yesterday & they simply mixed my report with some other person & sent me wrong report ...I am male but my gender is showing female also my contact number is also wrong ...I am surely going to complaint this to ICMR & concern bodies regarding the same ....I can not trust Medibuddy anymore...I am not even sure they are checking samples or not
This is really a shame, i have booked and paid for blood tests, then i had to chase you for collecting blood which someone thankfully did and now i am chasing for long time for results and no one seems to be bothering to reply.Even your customer representative who pinged me on whatsapp doesn't bother to respond to my message or call me back when i tried reaching out to him and he claims he will call me back.What is the process for raising a complaint and i want my money back.Cannot think of dealing with Medibuddy when you have such a pathetic Customer Service team.
Froud and only collect Money. this is money collect paltform. I had careated request for blood test for my entire family and also made the entire money online. I haven't received any calls or emails from MoneyBuddy. Someone not came on the given address to collect blood and I live in the center of Pune city. i multiple Contacted the customer call also, they did not get any proper response. Still I am waiting my refundable amount.
