Review Time
I ordered a cushion on November 18 and received a confirmation email, but nothing else since. The chat says it’s still in production. It seems unlikely I’ll receive this in time for Christmas. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.
I ordered 4 custom pillows on November 15th and haven't received any updates since. I recognize that this season can lead to a high volume of orders, but any delays should be communicated. I reached out to the company via email and only received an automated response asking for the same details I had already provided. After resending the information, I received the same automated reply again. I'm really disappointed in myself for not checking reviews beforehand.

I would not recommend them at all. I ordered a personalized cushion on November 11, and it arrived today, but I received two identical ones. My bank charged me twice. When I placed the order, the next day they claimed I hadn’t completed it, so I filled in the form again, clearly scammed into ordering another one. Why would I order the same name twice? The cushions are cheap and tacky; I expected the name to be embroidered, but it’s just printed on cheap nylon. I sent three emails asking how to return the extra one for a refund, but they only replied with shipping information. I have contacted my bank and provided the emails, hoping to get a refund.

I placed my order on November 7 and am still waiting. I emailed on November 25 and received no reply. The order was a gift for someone and has never arrived. I used the online customer bot service, but it says my order number is incorrect, which it isn’t as that’s the number they provided. This is definitely a scam, and I will be requesting a refund.
These scammers completely ruined Thanksgiving for my family. The product is nothing like advertised! They showed beautiful, intricate embroidery, but what I received was cheap, flat printed junk. And the shape isn’t even close to what they advertised! All they do is send AI-generated responses and spam 5-star reviews. If you’ve placed an order on this site, you’re in for a real disappointment.
