Despite raising the same concerns multiple times from different customers, your service has not improved. You should be providing tracking details immediately after payment—stop giving customers false hope. I don’t usually post bad reviews, but this has been extremely frustrating! Every time I email, you keep asking the same questions. Why not review the previous conversations and take action?!! If you can’t improve your service, then you might as well shut down the business.Order #: WD45493Ship it immediately!!!!

Terrible service

Ordered a pillow, had no correspondence not even a order number, even after payment. 3 weeks and still nothing, apart from emails to orderWhen contacting customer service i got no answer. Absolutely disgusting service, will never order again

Where is my order?!

I placed an order for 4 custom pillows on 15th November and have not received any communication since. I understand this time of year can result in an influx of orders but this delay should be communicated.I have emailed the company and was met with a auto reply asking for the information I had provided in my initial email. I then resent the information they were requesting and was met with the same email response once again.Im very disappointed in myself for not checking reviews in advance.

I have not even received the order. My credit card was billed for the order but I have yet to receive the order. When I tried to see when I would be receiving the order, I don't get any help.

Ordered 7th Nov, still waiting today (2nd Dec)

Ordered 2 cushions and a tree ornament on 7th Nov and had a confirmation email but then nothing at all. The responses here make it sound like it’s just a company that is overwhelmed with orders but to not communicate anything is a big issue. In their answers here they acknowledge that they have an issue with communication but they then don’t appear to be fixing that problem! Have sent my order number and email to the customer services as is mentioned in many of their responses here, I shall wait to see if I actually hear anything and then consider getting a refund from the bank!
