Avoid this, it's not worth the investment. I thought it would be enjoyable to have some personalized holiday pillows, so I ordered four with expedited shipping. I placed my order on Nov 27th, and after multiple emails (the first on Dec 6th, the last on Dec 11th), I finally received a status update that my order had shipped (though my questions went unanswered). Now it's Dec 17th, and they still haven't arrived. I can only hope the quality of the pillows is somewhat acceptable.

Frustrating experience with my order

I ordered pillows for my children a month ago and have received no updates. I can't even locate my confirmation email; it seems to have vanished from my inbox. I attempted to contact the support team but received no reply. I had to alert my bank about the suspicious website. The very next day, I received an email with my order and tracking information, but when I checked the tracking link, it indicated that the number was invalid.

I would give a lower rating if possible. My order has not arrived; I purchased two personalized pillows for my daughters for Christmas, costing £100. Now I'm left without them and out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT'S A SCAM! I spent £60 on two pillows. After two weeks without any updates, I reached out, and they claimed the order had just been dispatched, with a delivery time of 15-20 working days. Just 30 minutes later, I was informed that they had already been delivered. They take your money and disappear - it's particularly upsetting as this was meant to be a Christmas gift.

Extremely disappointing experience!

After waiting 5 and a half weeks for my order, I received an item that looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since it was intended as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I feel like I completely wasted my money. This online shop should be avoided at all costs! Disappointing experience with the order.

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I placed an order for two custom pillows, a cutting board, and a t-shirt as Christmas gifts on November 20. After only receiving the order confirmation, I reached out to the customer service team for an update. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response, but I noticed a refund was initiated for the cutting board without any explanation, and there was no information about the rest of my order. I will not be purchasing from this company again. They really need to enhance their fulfillment process and customer support to succeed. At this point, I just hope the remaining items arrive before Christmas.
